We provide services directly to our own customers— we are not a third-party SMS marketing platform or affiliate lead seller.

2. Information we collect

• SMS conversation content and messaging consent records when you text our business numbers or reply to our messages

We do not sell personal information. Forms may use spam traps (honeypots) and third-party form processors (e.g., Formspree) solely to deliver your message to us so that we can respond.

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you provide a mobile number and consent to SMS, or if you initiate a text to our business number, we may send and receive messages related to customer care, account notices, service updates, and support for Kero Group LLC products and services only. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email/SMS carriers such as Twilio, payment processors, and form delivery). They may process data only on our instructions and may not use your mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information and do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Retention & security

We retain information as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
