Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing https://kerogroup.ai, using our products (including Dank AI / Hermes agent workspaces), contacting us, or sending/receiving SMS with our business numbers, you agree to these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Who we are

Services are provided by Kero Group LLC (Illinois limited liability company)directly to end customers. We are not a third-party text-message marketing company, affiliate network, or lead-generation SMS reseller. Contact: kerogroup.ai/contact · support@kerogroup.ai

3. Services

We provide construction, IT/networking, and AI engineering services, including hosted AI agent workspaces and related support channels (web, email, SMS, chat platforms). Features may change. Some services require payment and a separate order or checkout flow. SMS under these Terms is limited tocustomer care and transactional communications about our own products and services.

4. Accounts & acceptable use

• Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure
• Do not use services for illegal activity, spam, harassment, fraud, or abuse of third-party systems
• Do not use our SMS channel for third-party marketing, affiliate promotions, or SHAFT content
• Do not reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with infrastructure
• You are responsible for content and actions taken through your account or agent configurations

5. AI agent skills — vetting & responsibility

Dank AI / Hermes workspaces may include skills (instruction and automation packs the agent can load). Skills can direct the agent to run tools, commands, and integrations. Untrusted skills are a security risk.

Dank-provided skills. Skills that Kero Group LLC ships in the product image, enables as official tier/suite packs, or custom-builds and delivers to you under a paid engagement are subject to ourinternal security review before delivery. That review targets common agent supply-chain threats (including secret exposure, abusive shell/network behavior, prompt-injection style hijacks, unauthorized persistence, and untrusted remote installers). We stand behind the security posture of Dank-provided skills as delivered. If you believe a Dank-provided skill is malicious or grossly unsafe as shipped, notify us promptly so we can investigate and remediate.

Customer-added skills. Any skill you install, copy, clone, enable, or createafter delivery — including skills from third-party websites, repositories, social media, communities, or other customers — and any modifications you make to shipped skills, are provided and used solely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for customer-added and customer-modified skills, including any loss, compromise, or misuse arising from them. Kero Group LLC does not vet, warrant, or stand behind customer-added or customer-modified skills.

You remain responsible for your API keys, connected accounts, automation you enable (including schedules and desktop computer-use), and for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions. Skill security review is not a guarantee of correct or complete AI answers, and does not expand the liability limits in these Terms except as required by law.

6. SMS program terms (Kero Group Customer Care SMS)

By opting in to SMS or by initiating a text conversation with Kero Group LLC, you agree that we may sendcustomer-care and transactional messages only (account notices, service updates, support replies) related to Kero Group LLC services. Program name: Kero Group Customer Care SMS.

• Supported carriers vary; delivery not guaranteed
• Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase
• Program is not used for third-party marketing, affiliate SMS, or promotional campaigns on behalf of other companies

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS consent is collected directly for Kero Group LLC only (not bundled as consent for unrelated brands). Details: Privacy Policy (SMS section).

7. Payments

Paid products are charged as described at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You authorize us and our processors to charge the payment method provided.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, software, and platform IP remain owned by Kero Group LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use purchased services as intended. You retain rights to your own content; you grant us a license to host and process it to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you must review important decisions. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kero Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kero Group LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your content, customer-added or customer-modified agent skills, or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or risk to the platform. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that should survive (IP, liability, indemnity) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be state or federal courts located in Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
